I am an experienced change consultant, instructional designer, and facilitator, I enjoy building individual, team and organization capacity through experiences that harness individual strengths and team wisdom in a dynamic learning community.
Change is the only constant in today’s business world. Leaders come and go. Team membership is in flux. When, where, and how we work has dramatically shifted. The critical factor is how people respond to change. We know that engaging individuals and teams in the change process supports commitment and team learning.
I work as a full time consultant and a part time adjunct faculty member in the School of Management at the University of San Francisco (USF). I have an M.S. in Organization Development from the USF; a single subject teaching credential from San Francisco State and a B.A. in English from St. Mary’s College. I design and develop learning solutions that enable focused, organization-wide change through the development of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Learning solutions are deployed in a variety of ways including instructor-led, virtual, online, blended, micro, self-paced, job aids.
Organizations today need adaptive leaders and teams that can make effective decisions in increasingly ambiguous situations.
I help teams discover the thinking, processes and behaviors that inform their work culture and consider what's working, what's not and what changes might support success. We then collaborate on programs that support systemic change.
I partner with your team to shift from disconnection to cohesion through thoughtfully facilitated dialogue.
As an Organization Development practitioner, I am guided by strong values such as humanistic, organization-wide, inquiry-based and collaborative, developmental-focused, systems-oriented, and research- and evidence-informed.
