Bio

Kerry is an organization development practitioner, facilitator, educator, and mediator with over 20 years of experience in talent development and organizational change. She is the founder of Learning Through Change Inc., an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco (USF), and a long-time member of the Flourish Consulting Collective. 


For the past 16 years, Kerry has worked independently to assist individuals, teams, and organizations in navigating change and achieving high performance. Her expertise lies in designing and leading initiatives that foster workplace community, strengthen team connections, and drive organizational results. Before establishing her consultancy, Kerry led a training, process, and analytics team within the commercial division of a global biotechnology company. 


Kerry specializes in supporting senior leaders and executives to optimize team systems, structures, and processes through talent development. Utilizing team coaching, facilitated dialogue, and custom development programs, she guides teams in creating collaborative environments, resolving conflicts, and building trust. Her approach aligns teams around a shared vision and goals, implements robust business processes, and cultivates cultures that are creative, resilient, and adaptable. Ultimately, Kerry’s work enhances communication, boosts morale and productivity, and ensures organizations thrive amid continuous change. 


Kerry holds an M.S. in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco, a single-subject teaching credential from San Francisco State, and a B.A. in English from St. Mary’s College. She applies additional evidence-based frameworks in change, communication, and group dynamics to guide her work.
